e also undertake repair and maintenance of projects in accordance with our contractual arrangements. For BOT (Built Operate Transfer) projects, in addition to construction and development of the project, we also operate and manage the project during the concession period.
EPC Projects O&M
- Permitting safe, smooth, and uninterrupted flow of traffic on the Project Highway
- Undertaking routine maintenance, including prompt repairs of potholes, cracks, joints, drains, embankments, structures, pavement markings, lightings, road signs and other traffic control devices
- Operations and maintenance of all communication, patrolling and administrative systems necessary for the efficient maintenance of the Project Highway in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement
- Preventing, with the assistance of the concerned law enforcement agencies, any encroachments on, or unauthorized entry to the Project Highway
HAM Projects O&M
- Maintenance of Project Facilities
- Procuring and ensuring safe, smooth, and uninterrupted use of the Project Highway, including prevention of loss or damage thereto, during normal operating conditions
- Minimizing disruption in the event of accidents or other incidents affecting the safety and use of the Project Highway by providing a rapid and effective response and maintaining liaison with emergency services of the State
- Carrying out periodic, routine, and major maintenance of the Project, including prompt repairs of potholes, cracks, joints, drains, embankments, structures, markings, lighting, signage, and other control
- Preventing, with the assistance of the concerned law enforcement agencies, any encroachments on, or unauthorized entry to the Project
- Operation and maintenance of all communication, control, and administrative systems necessary for the efficient operation of the Project and for providing safe, smooth, and uninterrupted use of the Project
