Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal is the Founder and Promoter of G R Infraprojects Limited and has been associated with the Company since its inception in 1995. He served as a Director of the Company and stepped down from the office of Director on 10th November 2025. His vision, determination and entrepreneurial acumen laid the cornerstone of the Company and shaped its journey into a leading and trusted name in the infrastructure sector.

During his tenure as Managing Director (2008–2021) and subsequently as Chairman & Whole-time Director (2021–2025), he steered the Company through transformative phases of growth, operational excellence and strategic expansion. Under his leadership, the Company achieved significant milestones, strengthened its governance framework, and earned widespread recognition for quality, reliability and integrity.
